The brief from the makeup artist included branding such as logo, business card and t-shirts. The idea behind the logo was to symbolise the delicate hand movements mastered by the makeup artist, along with the eyelashes. The white and the colouring reflected the before and after modes. The gradient resembled the broad spectrum of makeup skills.
The brief also included designing and building a portfolio website. The website was built as a responsive website (in Flash) long before the term “responsive website” had become standard.
